Notes: Since the original libretto has been lost a new book by Mark D. Kaufmann was written for this concert. This book was based on original material by Guy Bolton which had been supplied by Lee Davis and on material from other Bolton plays. The lyrics to “Opening Chorus Act Three” were also lost and new lyrics were supplied by conductor John McGlinn for this concert version.
